Job Description

  1. Preparing the daily job report following the room status report, Trace report, Late check out report, and arrival details report provided by the Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Manager.
  2. Report to the Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Manager if any discrepancies are found between the room status report by Opera and the room status indicator on the monitor in the HSK office.
  3. Attend the morning briefing in the HSK office where information about VIPs, groups/parties, and special attention will be shared by the Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Manager.
  4. Conduct briefings with maids on each floor to share the information given in the morning briefing.
  5. Check the grooming and health condition of maids.
  6. Share the room cleaning order with maids.
  7. Check that the stock of wet and dry amenities are sufficient in the linen room.
  8. Pick up the stock of mini bar items from the Executive Club Lounge for replenishment. Record the expiration date of each replenished mini bar item and report it to the Executive Club Lounge at the end of the duty. Return the stock of mini bar items to the Executive Club Lounge once replenishment is complete.
  9. Inspect the rooms cleaned by maids to ensure they meet brand standards.
  10. Report to the HSK order taker if there are any issues in the guest rooms or corridors that need to be repaired.
  11. When a maid reports that a guest has left something behind in the room, the checker calls HSK for a L&F sequence number, writes it down on the special form, and submits it to HSK along with the lost item.
