As Regional Account Executive (SMB/MM), you’ll be the revenue engine behind our regional expansion, owning the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing while building a robust pipeline that consistently exceeds quotas. The successful candidate combines SMB/MM sales expertise with strategic account management, a passion for cybersecurity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing Brazilian market. What You'll Do Drive New Logo Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and close SMB/MM accounts within your territory through outbound and inbound efforts and partnerships to exceed monthly new logo quotas. Master Account Expansion: Promote and sell KnowBe4's complete product suite to existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value. Build Pipeline Excellence: Create and maintain a robust pipeline using diverse prospecting methods, cadence strategies, and compelling product demonstrations. Own the Sales Process: Articulate KnowBe4's value proposition, understand buying needs and stakeholders, and accelerate sales cycles. Execute Strategic Deal Management: Structure subscriptions, multi-year agreements, and pricing negotiations to maximize ARR while ensuring customer success. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Channel sales, Customer Success, and Renewal teams to drive account growth and renewals. You'll Excel Here If Proven SMB/MM Success: 2+ years selling to SMB and Mid-Market with quota achievement in competitive markets. SaaS Experience: Knowledge of subscription models, recurring revenue, and cloud-based solutions. Cybersecurity Curiosity: Familiarity with IT/Security concepts and passion for protecting organizations. Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in Portuguese with strong English skills. Hunter + Farmer Mentality: Ability to drive new logo acquisition and existing customer growth. Data-Driven Excellence: Use metrics to forecast and improve performance.
