Job Summary: This role will be responsible for providing support and troubleshooting across multiple sites and printer models, collaborating with business teams to implement new label formats, managing integrations between MAWM and print servers, and more. Key Responsibilities: Support and troubleshoot label printing issues in production and non-production environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and provide technical expertise. Implement new label formats and configurations as per business requirements. Manage integrations between MAWM and print servers to ensure seamless data flow. Provide training and documentation for warehouse teams on MAWM and labeling processes. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Manhattan Active WM (MAWM). Strong hands-on experience in label designing tools such as Loftware, Bartender, NiceLabel. Good understanding of warehouse processes – inbound, outbound, inventory, putaway, picking, shipping. Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux commands, and troubleshooting integrations.
