This is a full-time remote role for a Staff Frontend Developer, Platform in Brazil. You will join one of our North American client's engineering team to build and execute on the Platform roadmap - design systems, accessibility, performance, developer experience, cross-browser compatibility, and more. As a leader in the engineering organization, you will be responsible for writing great documentation and mentoring others. You will participate in the client's team ceremonies and other sessions.


Required Qualifications

  • Strong English communication, writing and verbal.
  • At least 10 years of experience in software development roles.
  • Significant experience writing TypeScript code with React and/or React Native.
  • Significant experience with platform-focused initiatives: design systems, accessibility, performance, developer experience, and/or cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience working independently and remotely.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies.


Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with Ruby on Rails.
  • Experience AI tools like Cursor, Aider, or GitHub Copilot.
