Backend Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and developing backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems.
  • Implement microservices architecture and ensure seamless integration.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure good development practices.
  • Provide technical support to the team and promote sustainable solutions.
  • Participate in technical discussions and strategic decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Experience with microservices-based architecture.
  • Knowledge of versioning tools (Git), continuous integration, and RESTful APIs.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and suggest efficient solutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
