Job Overview We are seeking an electrical engineering professional to join our research and development team focused on designing, developing, and testing electrical systems for new products. Develop and refine electrical component designs to support efficient product manufacturing processes. Collaborate with suppliers to develop and qualify electrical components that meet production requirements. Provide technical expertise to manufacturing processes related to electrical components ensuring smooth and efficient production. Analyze and resolve electrical issues encountered in production and the field. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, quality, and manufacturing to integrate electrical systems effectively. Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities of this role include: Designing and developing electrical components and systems for new products. Collaborating with suppliers to source high-quality electrical components. Providing technical support to manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production. Analyzing and resolving electrical issues in production and the field. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and component design. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
