We are currently looking for a Python/C++ Developer.
In this high-impact role, you will lead a talented group of developers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions within the telecommunications and security sectors. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to product evolution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality features and services that align with our customer needs.
As a Python/C++ Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our systems, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the product lifecycle.
As a Cognyter you will:
- Work with product and solution development in telecommunications and security
- Contribute as part of a global team
- Evaluate technologies to develop new solutions
- Enjoy opportunities for professional growth and development
- Actively work with team members to create new products/features, seeking to improve the user experience and maintaining the company's visual standards
- Create mockups and prototypes that allow validation of new concepts, new features or demonstrating new versions
- Develop and keep updated guides/frameworks/standards that allow other developers to use visual identity and its components in the construction of new products or features
- Research and develop new tools/products for the telecommunications and security area
- Identify, analyze and correct problems in the systems
For that mission you’ll need:
- Higher education completed or in progress in the area of technology
- Experience with Python and C++ in Linux and Windows environments
- Experience in developing and troubleshooting Network Protocols
- Experience with Network Analysis Tools (Wireshark)
- Flexibility and interest to always learn new technologies
- English at an intermediate level (at least)
- An endlessly curious mind
- Research skills including the ability to conduct investigations, make observations, draw inferences, perform analysis and derive solutions to a particular issue
What will differentiate you
- Post-graduate qualification in software engineering or information systems
- Experience in reverse engineering network protocols
- Knowledge of telecommunications networks (SS7, Diameter, 5G)
- Knowledge of Digital Signal Processing (DSP)
- Knowledge of Software Defined Radio (SDR) development
- Knowledge of Network Security
- Knowledge of Embedded Systems
- Knowledge of Mobile Operating Systems (Android, IOS)
