We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Analyst to support our Finance and Accounting services in Londrina – Brazil. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Brazilian tax routines, invoice tax validation, and support for audits and tax inspections. In this role you will: Follow the documented and trained processes within the Tax workstream. Ensure SLA adherence for all activities delivered by self (timeliness and quality). Self-check own work and identify inconsistencies, proactively highlighting issues. Liaise with teammates to ensure seamless and accurate service delivery. Stay constantly connected with the customer's Tax team to ensure expectations are met at all times. Leverage subject matter knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation in executing daily activities. Identify process gaps, tax risks, and improvement opportunities. Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures and internal controls to ensure smooth service delivery and zero SLA failures for self. Execute tax validation and bookkeeping of incoming, outgoing, and service invoices. Support internal/external audits and tax inspections by providing required data and documentation. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely support to meet their requirements. Nice to have: Fluent in Portuguese; English proficiency preferred but not essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field 2–3 years of relevant experience in tax operations In-depth knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation (municipal, state, and federal) Solid understanding of direct and indirect taxes: ISS, ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, and withholding taxes What do we offer?
