What will your job look like? Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals. Structure and maintain financial systems to support efficient and accurate planning. Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure data integrity. Analyze financial results and create clear, actionable views for stakeholders. Present financial outcomes to leadership and cross-functional teams. Provide strategic recommendations and insights to support decision-making. Delegate responsibilities effectively across the team to optimize performance. Invest in team development through training, guidance, and mentorship. Communicate goals, tasks, and organizational needs clearly and consistently. Adapt to changing priorities and manage tasks with flexibility. Explore and implement GenAI tools and automation opportunities to improve financial workflows and reporting. All you need Bachelor's degree in Economics / Accounting Preferred Master's degree or MBA 5+ years' experience in Financial analysis, planning, or reporting; with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or mentoring role Proven experience in financial analysis, planning, or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with SAP ERP system is a plus.
