Job Summary

The Bilingual Legal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to attorneys, performing legal research, drafting documents, and maintaining client files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research to prepare various legal documents.
  • Organize and manage case files and documents effectively.
  • Communicate with clients for information gathering and updates.
  • Handle administrative tasks, manage calendars, and respond to phone calls.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for court by organizing documents and coordinating logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and assist in filing documents with courts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field or relevant degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
