Financial Manager About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our organization, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and providing strategic guidance on financial matters. Responsibilities: Manage tax accounting functions, including calculations, record-keeping, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Lead tax planning efforts, providing expert advice on Brazilian tax issues and developing strategies to minimize tax liabilities. Support local operations teams with Brazilian tax policy research and management document issuance. Organize regional tax training sessions to improve team risk awareness and response capabilities. Ensure external audit compliance and liaison with superior units for tax audits and statistics. Coordinate outsourcing of tax consulting services, proposing procurement needs and supervising implementation. Proactively assess potential tax risks associated with business changes, including transfer pricing, permanent establishments, and indirect taxes. Formulate and implement regional tax risk management policies and internal control mechanisms. Handle tax audits, investigations, or litigation cases, communicating with local tax authorities and controlling dispute escalation. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analysis, Finance, or Computer Science. Relevant professional knowledge or skills in Accounting, Statistics, or Computer Science. At least 3 years of experience in Brazilian tax-related work. Intermediate Accountant or Chinese/overseas CPA/ACCA professional qualification or above. Tax Agent Qualification. Proficiency in Chinese and English languages. Brazilian work experience and valid work visa.
