Career Area Technology, Digital and Data Job Summary Design, implement and optimize AI-driven and automated solutions to improve Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) efficiency, accuracy, and scalability while leveraging reports, IT data lake capabilities and other appropriate and trending technologies. What You Will Do Identify IT Asset Management processes suitable for automation and proactively monitoring for improvement opportunities. Design solutions and workflows using tools by assessing and aligning the current business analytics, reporting, and AI/ML capabilities to best. Build and maintain data structures using various sources and the IT Data Lake, to support IT Asset Management and business process delivery. Conduct updates, upgrades, and other maintenance tasks to make the IT Asset Management processes more efficient, cost‑effective, and secure. Ability to use programming languages (Python and PowerShell) to analyze and report on business insights and provide feedback to improve asset management and business value. Ability to design, create, modify, and maintain Microsoft PowerBI reporting, PowerApps, and Flows. Lead cross‑functional IT initiatives and collaborate with asset owners to solve business problems. Skills Technical Excellence: Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges. Technology Advising: Knowledge of effective advisory methods and ability to provide valued information and advice to clients regarding products, technologies, services and solutions for a specific technology domain. Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non‑functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project. Technical Troubleshooting: Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree; Pre‑Advanced English; Strong experience in data analytics, automation and insights (Python and PowerBI, PowerShell). The incumbent will be knowledgeable of or skilled in relevant programming languages; computing hardware and software; infrastructure elements, and current development processes and tools. Top Candidates Will Have Relevant industry landscape knowledge. Ability to effectively address business needs with a focus on delivering value. Proactive approach to self‑development and continuous learning, with a focus on improving communication, analytical, problem‑solving, business, and leadership skills. Knowledge in the ServiceNow platform, Data Lake, Flexera and general asset management lifecycle, React, Java SpringBoot, Hibernate, Azure Cloud and AI agents is a plus. Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
