**Your Role and Responsibilities**
The professional will work at SM innovate team on the deployment and development of an APM - Dynatrace solution roadmap, key for delivery transformation, interacting with SM senior team on all Delivery areas, including AIOPS, Automation, Event Management and interacting with senior technical staff members, senior architects, data scientists, developers, project managers, senior managers and executives. This role is required for new strategic job roles as daveloper to transform services delivery, key to achieve better NPS scores.

Required Technical skills:
Application Performance Management (APM):
Dynatrace
Automation Tools:
Ansible /Shell / Phyton / JavaScript
Red Hat:
OpenShift and Ansible
Preferred Skills:
Post Graduation.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise (Instana).
Service Now ITOM.
Monitoring products (Zabbix and ITM).
Ticketing Tools and Automation suite.
Fluency on Spanish.
Design Thinking and presentation skills.
