Who We AreAt City Storage Systems, we're building Infrastructure for Better Food. We help restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery. We're changing the game for restaurateurs, whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant or global quick-service chains.
What You’ll Do- Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements to existing systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs that enable seamless communication between internal and external services.
- Design scalable, reliable, fault-tolerant architectural systems.
- Collaborate and prioritize with cross-functional stakeholders, both internal and external.
- 3+ years of proven domain experience as a software engineer.
- Conversational English, since you’ll be communicating with global teams in your day-to-day work.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Working knowledge of API development and web development standards, including REST and GraphQL.
- Demand for online food delivery is growing rapidly In the last 5 years, the US market expanded 10X from $10B to $100B, with potential to reach $500B-$1T by 2030.
- Be part of transforming the restaurant industry by helping restaurants succeed in online food delivery.
- Collaborative environment: Support and guidance from experienced colleagues and managers, working closely with other teams to ensure customer success.
This role is based in our São Paulo office. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes. All office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
