Job Description We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant in ServiceNow with a strong focus on SecOps to design and deliver secure, scalable, and high performance implementations for enterprise customers. The TC will play a key role in translating functional requirements into technical designs, building robust solutions, and integrating ServiceNow with customer security ecosystems. This role is hands on, requiring advanced scripting skills, strong knowledge of platform architecture, and experience with complex integrations. Responsibilities Design and implement SecOps modules including Security Incident Response SIR, Vulnerability Response VR for infrastructure and applications, Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance. Build and optimize integrations with SIEM, SOAR, DLP, and vulnerability scanning tools ensuring data integrity and performance. Apply technical architecture best practices for scalability, maintainability, and platform governance. Perform out of the box product configuration aligned to best practices. Conduct solution testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization before delivery. Collaborate with BPCs, architects, and client stakeholders to ensure functional and technical requirements are met. Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. Required Advanced English spoken and written. Hands on implementation experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules including SIR, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance. Proven experience in ServiceNow technical architecture, platform governance, and performance optimization. Solid experience with integrations of high data volume between ServiceNow and external security tools. Knowledge of SIEM platforms including QRadar, Splunk, ArcSight and SOAR platforms. Experience with security processes including incident response, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence. Nice to Have Advanced Spanish. Experience with Service Portal and Employee Center customization for security use cases. Knowledge of competing security tools including Crowdstrike, Tenable, Nessus, Qualys, and Splunk. ServiceNow certifications including CSA Certified System Administrator, CAD Certified Application Developer, CIS Vulnerability Response, CIS Security Incident Response. Experience with platform upgrades, patching, and technical maintenance. Knowledge of frameworks such as TOGAF or similar architecture methodologies.
