Software Engineering Leadership Position We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to drive the development of our data processing pipeline. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our data pipeline. You will create and review processes that enhance speed, cost efficiency, and scalability. All steps in our data pipeline must be integrated seamlessly. The successful candidate will optimize the product for continuous scalability. Ongoing process improvement is essential to delivering exceptional results. Collaboration with frontend engineers, CTO, and principal software engineer is crucial. Aggressive development timelines require dedication and expertise. The selected individual will own complex tasks from concept to completion, maintaining the highest standards of quality under pressure. Key Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 5 years relevant experience working in Backend Software Engineering. Experience using Typescript for Backend Development. Proficiency in other programming languages like Python, Java, C++. Business proficiency in English is essential. Meticulous attention to detail is necessary. A proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. Startup mentality with dedication to delivering results.
