Delivery Consultant – AI Software Engineering
Remote (South America, supporting US West Coast time zone)
Salary : Competitive + Uncapped Commission
Trust in Soda (part of Trinnovo Group) is looking for an experienced Delivery Consultant to join our high-performing US Perm Team. You’ll be working remotely from South America, supporting clients across the West Coast of the US in the fast-growing AI Engineering space (plus software engineering, data science, and machine learning).
What you’ll do- Source, qualify, and build pipelines of top tech talent
- Manage end-to-end candidate processes with speed and precision
- Partner closely with clients and support interviews / feedback
- Write job adverts and manage response effectively
- Fluent English language skills
- Previous experience as a Delivery Consultant
- Exposure to AI Engineering, software engineering, data science, or ML
- Familiarity with the US West Coast market (ideal)
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and talent pool building skills
- Fully remote role (work from anywhere in South America)
- Uncapped commission and high fee sizes = more earning potential
