About this Role We're seeking a skilled content creator to craft compelling social media content for TV and film titles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging ideas, writing platform-specific copy, and shaping formats that resonate with audiences. Pitch innovative social-first ideas that leverage brand priorities, fandom insights, and social trends to create clear, platform-native concepts. Write captivating captions, headlines, and on-image text that feel native to various social media platforms and align with the brand's tone of voice. Transform loose ideas into concrete post formats or series with defined angles, structures, and examples that editors and designers can build upon. Analyze episodes, films, trailers, and clips to identify the strongest social moments, tagging and timecoding them for use in hooks and formats. Develop tight briefs for editors and designers, incorporating references, key lines, basic specs, and deliverables. Design simple visual assets using templates (e.g., text-on-image, carousels, basic layouts) that are on-brand and ready for publication. Monitor production tracking for ideas: keep content trackers up-to-date, flag risks early, and ensure timely delivery of posts. Conduct quality checks on content before delivery, catching typos, off-brand phrasing, or non-compliance with specs and platform requirements. Explore the potential of AI tools and LLMs to enhance output, from idea generation to copy polishing and variation creation.
