Transportation Operations Regional Manager

Bachelor's Degree - Experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or operations - Experience managing projects or implementing systems - Stakeholder management history - Advanced English and fluent Portuguese - Knowledge of the Office Suite - Willingness to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and/or weekends - Ability to manage data and create dashboards (Power bi, SQL, Phyton, etc.)
- Own the overall safety, quality, performance, and customer experience for yard management activities in the region;
- Manage a group of TOM Ops Lead within regional cluster. Drive a performance culture, instill ownership and create a high-performing team;
- Lead projects and initiatives to drive improvements on cost and speed;
- Be the main point of contact of transportation inside FC, being the chairmain to negotiate new projects entrance and act as problem solver to solve issues that affect BR sites;
- Establish and own performance metrics and communicate them to leadership;
- Ensure the standardization of process across shifts and Sites within BR Network;
- Manage and create new KPIs and Dashboards, using data analytics tool;
- Postgraduation/ MBA
- Knowledge in data analysis.
- Experience in people management
