Get ready to...- Design, develop, and operate software solutions that empower millions of healthcare staff
- Work with the engineering team to conceptualize, create, and maintain state-of-the-art apps and software solutions
- Work in a cross-functional team
- Collaborate with fullstack engineers, product designers, and product managers to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to the overall product development process
- Write clean code that serves as an example to others
- Take a lead role in designing and developing mobile applications, ensuring integration and communication between software components
- Drive continuous software improvement by proactively identifying areas for optimization and implementing effective upgrades
- Conduct software testing and code reviews to ensure responsiveness, efficiency, and a good user experience across platforms
- Create technical documentation, providing insights into backend architecture, codebase, and usage methodologies (TDD)
- Work autonomously within agile processes
- Set clear goals, prioritize tasks, and be accountable
- Show initiative and adaptability
- Deliver high-quality code on schedule
