Come join us, and let's make change together.**Job Description**:As part of an enthusiastic team of digital marketers and content writers, you’ll create value by using effective and creative communications to build meaningful customer relationships for the global marketing team focused on LATAM.This is an exciting new role in a newly developed team. This person will be involved in creating multiple forms of content for LATAM and other global field marketing teams.**Responsibilities**:- Together with the wider Center of Excellence Team, support LATAM field marketing team in exceeding budgeted revenue targets while providing a first class service that meets and exceeds the expectations of colleagues and customers.- Manage content development to support landing pages and conversions for the region.- Work with the Localisation Manager to translate and localise content needed across the entire customer journey (pre to post sales).- Seek and facilitate meaningful conversations between Turnitin and our customers.- Take ownership of regional content management and make sure all content, in collaboration with the global content team, adheres to the tone and brand of the overall business, as well as the territory for which it is aimed.- Work alongside the Digital Campaign Specialists to deliver content and appropriate localised copy for marketing campaigns that span pre to post sales.- Work alongside the Events Specialist, LATAM to provide communications and content support for the creation and promotion of hosted and attended, physical and online events.- Continually seek new and creative ways of efficiently maximising appropriate and relevant content delivery.- Act as the internal point of contact for content queries for the LATAM field marketing team.**Qualifications**:- Experience writing blog content for SEO- Excellent English writing and communication skills- 5 years’ experience in marketing communications- A proven track record of executing and reporting on a programme of content related to campaigns to support lead generation and conversion is required- Excellent knowledge of marketing terms and concepts, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines- Proven ability to execute plans to the utmost professional standard- Excellent time management and organisation skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential- Ability to thrive as a self-starter and work in a team setting- Experience and knowledge of the education technology sector is desirable- A second language (either Spanish or Portuguese)Additional Information**Our Mission** is to ensure the integrity of global education and meaningfully improve learning outcomes.**Our Values **underpin everything we do.- ** Customer Centric**:- We realize our mission to ensure integrity and improve learning outcomes by putting educators and learners at the center of everything we do.- ** Passion for Learning** - We seek out teammates that are constantly learning and growing and build a workplace which enables them to do so.- ** Integrity** - We believe integrity is the heartbeat of Turnitin.
