What you’ll do:

1. Full-cycle recruitment : From crafting eye-catching job posts to leading interviews that dig deep into skills and personality. You’ll be at the center of the action
2. Talent attraction : Be the face of BGSW at job fairs, universities, and tech conferences—network, connect, and bring in the best
3. Preboarding & Onboarding : Ensure our new hires feel welcome from day one with seamless onboarding processes.
4. Data-driven recruiting : Analyze recruitment KPIs to help us get even better at what we do.
5. Collaborate : Work closely with hiring managers and teams to meet their hiring needs.

What you bring to the table:

1. Experience in recruiting for industries like IT, Automotive, or Manufacturing .
2. A love for embedded systems and a solid understanding of what makes these tech roles tick.
3. You’ve used LinkedIn (and other job boards) to find top talent.
4. Bonus points if you’ve worked in consulting before
