Desafios que você vai encontrar Trabalhar de forma independente e liderar tarefas de ponta a ponta; Exercer influência técnica sobre o time de engenharia melhorando e guiando a arquitetura; Contribuir para reduzir a complexidade do processo de desenvolvimento; Atuar ativamente com pessoas de Produto, traduzindo as necessidades de negócio em soluções criativas, elegantes, incrementais e eficientes; Projetar e desenvolver componentes e aplicações visando simplicidade, eficiência, manutenibilidade e reaproveitamento de código; Garantir documentação de aplicações e decisões arquiteturais; Assegurar observabilidade das aplicações em produção e atuar na solução de incidentes; Ativamente analisar e melhorar escalabilidade, estabilidade e segurança das aplicações; Assumir o ownership de projetos de ponta a ponta; Fortes habilidades de colaboração para remover quaisquer bloqueadores que possa enfrentar; Se manter atualizada com as tendências de desenvolvimento web, frameworks e melhores práticas e recomendar melhorias para aprimorar os processos de desenvolvimento. O que você precisa para virar a chave System design e code design patterns; Forte conhecimento em Python; Implementação de API escaláveis; Arquitetura de Microsserviços; Observabilidade de sistemas; Bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais; Componentes reutilizáveis e modulares no back-end que promovem a reutilização, a manutenibilidade e a escalabilidade do código; Metodologias ágeis e ter mindset de start-up; Excelentes habilidades de comunicação sendo inclusivo no processo de decisão; Arquiteturas baseadas nos serviços de nuvem; Experiência prática com LLMs; Conhecimento em estruturação de prompts e métodos de controle de qualidade para GenAI.
