We\'re hiring a Director of Product who is equal parts builder and operator. You\'ll set direction, then personally push fragile 0→1 work across the line—writing crisp specs, unblocking engineering, sweating edge cases, and shipping quality quickly. You thrive in ambiguity, act like an owner, and bring relentless curiosity.

This role requires managing dual product lines simultaneously while maintaining high velocity and quality standards in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Own the product roadmap aligned to company strategy and customer outcomes across two product lines
• Lead hands-on execution: write specs, define edge cases, make real-time UX/copy calls, and QA
• Run a high-output pod consisting of 4 backend engineers, 1 frontend engineer, 1 analyst, and 1 designer
• Drive GTM alignment with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps; shape packaging, positioning, and launches
• Balance high customer empathy with strategic decision-making—comfortable making calls with 50-70% information
• Manage structured team cadence: daily standups (Monday/Tuesday/Thursday), design reviews, and launch coordination
• Instrument success: define north-star metrics and guardrails; review weekly, learn, and iterate
• Create clarity: document features, known gaps, and release plans; keep a tight changelog
• Operate the cadence: async updates, thoughtful triage, and "launch rooms" for major releases
• Spend significant time in Slack pushing work forward and unblocking team members

Required Experience:

• 6-8+ years in product management with leadership scope in B2B SaaS and/or marketplace/e-commerce
• 0→1 builder: comfortable with ambiguity; resourceful, fast, and detail-obsessed
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product outcomes
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and ops teams

Strongly Preferred:

• E-commerce platform experience (Shopify ecosystem experience is a major plus)
• Early-stage company or startup experience
• Previous work at Western (US/European) companies
• Experience managing multiple product lines simultaneously

Technical Requirements:

• Tool-fluent: Linear, Figma, FigJam, Notion, PostHog, Segment
• Experience with product analytics and data-driven decision making
• Understanding of marketplace dynamics and multi-sided platforms

$120-160K USD annually
