**Our promise**:- You choose how you'll work with us: fully remote, hybrid, or at our offices (Bucharest, Brașov);- We support your career growth through continuous learning, coaching, and mentorship programs;- We promise you a feedback-driven culture that inspires healthy communication;- A friendly, professional, and supportive team is waiting for his new teammate;- A bunch of people with common hobbies and interests (sailing, football, running marathons, tennis, music, etc) is ready to welcome you;- A community driven by courage and creativity (we have our beer and our band that sings about us) is challenging you to have serious fun with us;- We designed benefits that give you the power to create balance in life, on and off work.**️ As a Business Intelligence & Automation Specialist, you will**:- Create and manage dashboards and reports to provide clear and relevant information for decision-makers.- Develop, maintain, and execute business process automation using industry-standard automation tools & custom scripts.- Monitor the performance of automated processes and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency.- Test and validate BI and automation solutions to ensure data accuracy and correct functionality.- Provide support and training to internal teams for the efficient use of implemented BI and automation solutions.- Participate actively in process improvement projects and work on implementing necessary changes to increase business performance and efficiency.- Design data architectures, optimize workflows, and integrate automation solutions into business processes.- Report on time savings created via RPA.**What about you?**:- Experience in Business Intelligence (BI), data analysis, and automation solutions, typically 2-5 years for a regular level;- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio preffered, Tableau or Power BI) and automation platforms (e.g., RPA tools, scripting);- Understand business cases and propose a solution;- The ability to analyze, model, and interpret data, visual representation skills (charts, graphs, diagrams);- Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python, Javascript, Node JS);- Proactive approach and ability to take ownership of assignments;- Problem-solving skills;- A systematic and logical approach;- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, understand both business needs and the technologies to implement them;- The ability to plan work and meet deadlines;- Accuracy and attention to detail;- Interpersonal & team working skills;- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;**Our process starts here.
