First Mile Analyst

Control first-mile capacity through data driven management of first-mile suppliers
- Checking the capacity plan and arrange the right routes
- Controlling 3PL´s performance and quality figures and statistics
- Responding to quality/performance issues with appropriate action plans
- Gemba walking trough firstmile suppliers operations
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree (completed) in Logistics/Supply Chain/Engineering or Business Administration
- Prior experience in the transportation for e-commerce
- Prior experience with transportation management or routing and planning systems
- Strong background troubleshooting operational issues
- Strong communication, both verbal and written as you will be required to convey updates on issues, operational status and business drivers during daily/weekly and leadership reviews
- Proven analytical and ability to use data to manage metrics, drive improvements, and implement business cases.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Prior experience with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
