Delivery Consultant – AI Software Engineering

Trust in Soda (part of Trinnovo Group) is looking for an experienced Delivery Consultant to join our high-performing US Perm Team. You'll be working remotely from South America, supporting clients across the West Coast of the US in the fast-growing AI Engineering space (plus software engineering, data science, and machine learning).

• Source, qualify, and build pipelines of top tech talent
• Manage end-to-end candidate processes with speed and precision
• Partner closely with clients and support interviews/feedback
• Write job adverts and manage response effectively

• Previous experience as a Delivery Consultant
• Exposure to AI Engineering, software engineering, data science, or ML
• Familiarity with the US West Coast market (ideal)
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and talent pool building skills

• Fully remote role (work from anywhere in South America)
