Key Responsibilities Drive category growth by identifying, shaping, and executing supplier-led innovation opportunities. Lead Procurement inputs to the innovation funnel within cross-functional teams, ensuring supply resilience. Support the development of the future Skin Cleansing strategy, contributing to long‑term innovation, sourcing choices, and portfolio resilience. Support the 5S margin delivery agenda through cost, value, and formulation opportunities. Provide support on non‑animal testing and vegan supplier assurance requirements. Monitor risk materials, ensure compliance for claims, and proactively define mitigation plans. Represent PC Procurement in selected cross‑PC initiatives and strategic workstreams. Required Qualifications University degree completed in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or the Sciences. English and Portuguese advanced. Experience in Procurement / Supply Chain/ R&D with end‑to‑end Supply Chain and Innovation background highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and team working ability at all levels. Creative solutions‑oriented mindset to meet the competitive and business challenges of the category. Working effectively in virtual and diverse teams. Comfortable working cross‑functionally and across many cultures. Experience in managing business stakeholder’s relationships. Skills Strategic Influencing. Problem Solving. Collaboration and Stakeholder management. Program Management. Strategic Mindset - Big picture thinking, long term focus. Ability to understand and disrupt value chains.
