The Manager, Global Commercial will be responsible for overseeing global commercial activities for designated product lines including but not limited to the pricing, supporting on business deals and provides the analytical insights for the business, i.e. inventory, pricing trends, profitability. The ideal candidate is a seasoned analytics professional with a strong track record in managing commercial activities and delivering actionable insights in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A passion for analytics and fact-based decision-making, aimed at driving immediate business impact, are essential for success in this role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee pricing for the assigned product lines, including purchasing prices, sales prices, and system prices, ensuring alignment with market trends and company objectives. Provide comprehensive sales analyses to support management in making informed decisions that drive business growth and efficiency. Develop and deliver Power BI reports tailored to the needs and goals of various departments, ensuring data-driven insights are accessible across the organization. Manage regular invoice reconciliation for the Trade-in program, identifying and resolving discrepancies between invoices and actual received goods. Support the analysis of sourcing opportunities to optimize procurement strategies and reduce costs. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders at all levels. Collaborate closely with IT, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to integrate analytics into core business processes, enhancing overall decision-making capabilities. Proven experience in managing pricing, business global analytics initiatives in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the retail or telecommunications industry. Strong expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling. Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or similar. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes. Experience working in a global, cross-cultural environment. Data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, and other BI tolos Pricing analysis (purchasing, sales, and system pricing) Financial and sales analysis for decision-making Business intelligence (BI) report creation and delivery Data visualization, dashboard development, and reporting Procurement and sourcing analysis to optimize costs Invoice reconciliation and discrepancy resolution Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Business acumen and strategic thinking Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Cross-functional collaboration (IT, Sales, Marketing, Operations) Stakeholder management and communication at all levels Experience leading analytics initiatives in fast-paced, global environments Market trend analysis within retail/telecommunications Attributes Innovative and forward-thinking Strong attention to detail and accuracy Adaptable in fast-paced environments Clear and confident Communicator Results-oriented and efficiency-driven Proactive and self-motivated Strategic yet hands-on in execution Collaborative and team-oriented Globally minded and culturally aware Professional presence with credibility to influence leadership Please note: This role is advertised both internally and externally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
