Crewing Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled Crewing Coordinator to join our team This position plays a key role in coordinating crew-related activities, ensuring that all operations are in compliance with company policies and maritime legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the activities of Crewing Analysts and Crewing Assistants;
• Supervise the execution of crew management procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation and contracts;
• Train and develop the team in company procedures and legal requirements within the maritime sector;
• Ensure that all processes and actions are aligned with current legislation and signed contracts;
• Submit periodic reports to clients, maintaining transparency and alignment.
• Track and analyze crew management performance indicators, implementing action plans to achieve set goals;
• Provide support to the HR and Crewing Manager in managing crewing contracts.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Portuguese communication;
• Previous experience in marine HR or personnel logistics within the maritime industry.

Work Location : Based in Rio de Janeiro.
