Are you a diligent, process-driven individual? Are you experienced in working with a high pression environment?- We’re looking for an operations specialist to, support in the trading life cycle of all kind of assets, in risk control, in funds registration in counter-parties and in the funds by laws management.- The Middle Office Specialist is responsible for the performance of front to back controls. This includes validating transaction and market data integrity, order instructions and trade life cycle management, Systems static data controls, end of day risk control, By Laws management, Funds registration management and contracts management. The Middle Office Specialist will work with Front Office, trading desks and Portfolio managers, as well as partnering with Group Finance, Group Risk, Group Technology and Operations- Work closely with:- Order instructions and Settlements- Corporate Actions- Collateral Management- By Laws management, including funds opening, alterations and closings- Fee's and rebates validations- Contract management, Including, Management, Administration, Distribution and Rebates contracts- Conduct Funds registration into Brokers and Assets- Client portfolios trade life cycle- Produce and delivery daily and monthly client's portfolios reports- Participate in ICAP assessment, Internal & External audit assisting the Managers**Your team**- You’ll be working in our Operations team in Sao Paulo. We’re responsible for timely, accurate processing of transactions and events, including booking and handling of queries. As a trade and process specialist, you’ll play an important role in making sure our processes are compliant and positive for our clients. Also you will be a key person in the funds by law management, responsible for organizing the flow of the event in order to conclude in time.**Your expertise**- bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or another relevant field- 1-2 years of equivalent work experience in a middle office or operations role with extensive understanding of Funds- demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a team environment and meet commitments with all levels of management- technically proficient in funds booking and trading systems- funds by laws knowledge is mandatory- fluent English**About us**- UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
