Join the Innovation team and work with our clients as a consultant, a problem solver and the voice of NIQ at our clients.As a Client Service Manager, you will be a consultant and trusted advisor to NIQ clients on their initiatives and across their portfolio, supporting the region in achieving and exceeding revenue targets through service excellence to meet client expectations and quality deliverables. The Client Service Manager supports Account Development teams by identifying and implementing the right analytic strategy for clients and developing a team that delivers outstanding analytics, driving capacity planning activities to ensure work is done efficiently and on time.**Responsibilities**- Works closely with internal teams and clients to understand client’s business priorities and opportunities for engagement, executing against an analytic strategy that is aligned with client expectations- Responsible for final reports presented to clients, serving as final reviewer, delivering consultative and big-picture insights to drive innovation success, and consulting on special projects to provide extra value to clients- Acts as the “expert on call” for clients, resolving issues and driving technical dialogue, driving expertise of services, tools and metrics- Helps troubleshoot analytics/quality and other misc. issues throughout project life-cycle, leveraging Analytical Excellence and Strategic Consulting to drive client relationships- Directly manages a team, providing performance coaching, reviewing work, collecting and providing feedback on a study-by-study basis- Identify development areas for project team, looking for opportunities to stretch and grow junior talent, monitoring influx of project work and manages across the team to ensure work is distributed efficiently- Takes on opportunities to contribute to the broader organization through task forces and special projects.- Develops and maintains client standards: deliverables, terminology, questionnaire standards, study designs, etc. and creates client playbooks**Qualifications**- A Graduate degree holder in any disciplines- Relevant experience in Consumer Research, Market research, or Marketing in a relevant industry- Strong background Ability to execute a variety of complex projects- Inspiring leader, developing Mid-level talent- Ability to effectively coach and develop a team of junior associates- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with a variety of performance situations- Detail orientation and strong organization skills- Team-oriented mindset, with ability to manage conflicting interests- Ability to communicate and write effectively in English**Additional Information** Our Benefits**- Flexible work environment with Hybrid work model- Peer to peer recognition program- Comprehensive health insurance- Gympass- Short Friday- Annual Bonus- Career development tailored to NielsenIQ roles- Access to on-demand learning content and NIQ social communities- Mentoring programs...and moreJob ID:**Our Benefits**- Flexible working environment- Volunteer time off- LinkedIn Learning- Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP)**About NIQ**NIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
