O desafio Você vai liderar times de engenharia B2B responsáveis por áreas críticas da nossa experiência, garantindo escala, confiabilidade e performance — especialmente nos picos de demanda dos grandes eventos. É um papel 50% gestão de pessoas e 50% direção técnica: desenvolver a equipe, elevar a barra de engenharia e orientar decisões arquiteturais de longo prazo. O que buscamos Experiência liderando times de engenharia como Tech Lead ou Engineering Manager, com histórico de entrega em sistemas escaláveis e resilientes. Base sólida em arquitetura de serviços (design de APIs, modelagem de dados, observabilidade e confiabilidade). Vivência em produtos digitais orientados a métricas e colaboração próxima com PMs e Design. Nosso stack Back-end: Java / Kotlin Front-end: React Mobile: Kotlin / Swift / Flutter Como trabalhamos Rituais e cadência: dailies, sprints quinzenais, review e retro a cada ciclo. Qualidade: PRs obrigatórios, testes automatizados, feature flags e rollouts graduais. Gestão: 1:1 quinzenal, plano de desenvolvimento e metas semestrais.
