What does a Project Manager do at Hogarth? The Project Manager plays a vital role in the successful running of projects, working alongside the client and internal teams. The PM should be a fan of Agile Methodologies and bring experience from similar roles. The Project Manager will ensure that expectations are managed and goals are met. Key Areas of Responsibility Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation. Help customers define scope, goals and deliverables. Define tasks and required resources. Create schedule and project timeline. Track deliverables and alert when timeline, quality or budget of the tasks is likely to be impacted, presenting mitigation plans if needed. Lead quality assurance. Monitor and report project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that the project team adheres to requirements with Production Lead approval. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes. Report project outcomes and/or risks to the Production Lead. Create and implement a communication plan. Propose KPIs of the project to Production Lead and follow the plan to measure it. Maintain JIRA up to date including tasks assigned to other team members. Be the guardian of best practices of project management determined by Hogarth Project Management Direction. Be the guardian of all documentation including reports and definitions. Reporting lines and key stakeholders This role reports to the Production Lead in Brazil. You will work closely with Project Managers, Technical Leaders and other Global Teams. Requirements Technical Skills Advanced English level. Experience managing projects. Experience with Agile methodologies, project scheduling, budgeting. Experience working in fast-paced environments. Excellent verbal and written communication in Portuguese and English. Differential: data, analytics, BI/SEO knowledge. Heavy user of JIRA. Experience working with KPIs. Bachelor's degree in course or completed. Soft Skills Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams, partners and client-facing teams. Collaborate with partners to present alternatives to risk assessments. Time management of own deliverables as well as project assets. Critical and diagnostic thinking in understanding client demands and asking for clarity. Problem solving and a positive attitude facing unforeseen issues. Negotiation with deliverables based on team capacity and creative solutions. Planner and organized. Adaptable and flexible. Proactive attitude towards project goals. Provide day-to-day communication.
