Senior Customer Advocate We seek a highly motivated Senior Customer Advocate to assist in managing and growing our esteemed customer segment. Collaborate with senior team members to design and implement strategies for enhancing customer relationships, driving player loyalty, and optimizing business outcomes. Support the management of customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through proactive engagement and personalized support. Help execute retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention rates. Work closely with senior team members to develop and improve customer incentives, promotions, and offers tailored to individual customer needs. Monitor key performance metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV). Assist in preparing reports on customer performance and account development. Ensure compliance with responsible gaming and business policies. Experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the gaming industry is required. A wallet or existing player base would be valuable and sought after. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships are essential. Basic knowledge of sports betting and online casino market is beneficial. Comfortable working with data and reports to understand customer behavior. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work flexible hours when needed. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in customer management, with the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the field and business.
