Drive Hilti's growth strategy as a Finance Manager, partnering with Market Organization executives to integrate and create long-term value. Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with functional leaders to shape and execute strategic plans Lead the financial performance management cycle, including rolling forecasts and steering across sales divisions Analyze business cases, investments, and commercial strategies to inform decision-making Own and improve financial planning processes Work with senior stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks, propose financial controls, and recommend course corrections Contribute to long-term planning initiatives Maintain compliance and risk alignment while implementing agile finance systems and structures Balance time between strategic conversations and hands-on finance operations Requirements: Completed Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (CPA/CMA/CA is an asset) 7-10 years' experience in finance consulting or audit, preferably within multinational organizations Strong strategic acumen with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning Proven success in business partnering roles, working alongside executives and cross-functional teams to drive real outcomes Ability to influence without authority, simplify complex financial topics, and communicate clearly in fluent English
