We’re seeking a Delivery Station Manager to join our Amazon Logistics team in Vitoria - ES. You’ll operate out of one of our dynamic Delivery Stations, which are at the heart of Amazon’s rapidly growing Operations and Logistics network. These stations are where we sort and process parcels.

As a Delivery Station Manager, you’ll provide inspiring and supportive leadership to your team. You’ll also be actively involved in rolling up your sleeves and engaging directly whenever necessary.

You’ll be responsible for developing a team of Shift Managers and their reports, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager. Your leadership quality is crucial: you’ll motivate and inspire your teams, plan schedules, and balance their needs with business objectives.

Another key aspect is leading process improvement projects to streamline activities, with your innovative ideas potentially being implemented across the Amazon network. This is a significant opportunity for impact.

Key job responsibilities
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards and promote a safety culture on-site;
  • Become proficient in specific processes within Delivery Stations, such as 5S audits;
  • Handle data collection and update operations metrics hourly;
  • Aim to achieve productivity targets, reduce costs, eliminate errors, and ensure excellent customer experience;
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, Security, and IT teams on staffing and performance;
  • Implement process changes and contribute to cross-functional Six Sigma initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
  • Experience in employee and performance management;
  • Experience leading large, diverse teams;
  • Expertise in supply chain or production areas with a proven track record in logistics, distribution, or manufacturing;
  • Strong organizational skills, root cause analysis, and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables, macros);
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays;
  • Fluent Portuguese and advanced English skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or MBA;
  • Experience with Kaizen, Lean methodologies;
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under stress.
