About The Role

We are looking for Call Center Recruiting Agents to join our Recruiting Team and participate in various projects with multicultural teams distributed worldwide. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, with excellent analytical skills, teamwork, and multitasking abilities. This is a great opportunity for professionals seeking growth in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry

What You'll Do
  • Support sourcing processes: posting job openings, headhunting, social networks, CV filtering, candidate contact.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviews, technical exams, presentations, and candidate closing.
  • Negotiate with candidates and initiate the hiring process.
  • Understand client and vacancy requirements to tailor the recruitment process accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop the business.
You Must Have
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of the IT market.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong self-management abilities.
  • Studies in Human Resources, psychology, or related fields.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
