**About the role**
MetaMap is looking for a Product Manager to join our Compliance product team. You will be joining the product team and focusing on developing compliance products that empower businesses to solve their most pressing reputation issues by creating trust between a business and its users globally. The member will be empowered to take own decisions that will take the company forward.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting the internal and external research initiatives for the product development
- Monitoring or QoS (quality of service) localizing and enhancing our products to be successful in the Global market
- Understand consumer pain points/needs and business imperatives.
- Partner with other product managers and solution managers to understand the problems merchants face when evaluating a user's reputation across the globe.
- Build a Roadmap for the team, balancing both long-term goals and short-term wins.
- Write detailed product briefs and user stories, including concrete use cases, acceptance criteria, and customer journeys through mock-ups, workflows, and charts.
- Participate in regular SCRUM team ceremonies like sprint planning, reviews, and demos.
- Own what you are building - passion to run edge cases, testing devoted products proactively, and measuring success metrics regularly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Regional Intel, UX Design, Engineering, Sales, and Operations.
- Keen to be aware of industry trends, competitions, and product innovations globally.
**Skills & Experience**
- +6 years of experience.
- Technical background (studied CS, potentially was a developer in the past) and have worked as a B2C Product, B2B SAAS Product, or if your Product was integrational layers or APIs.
- Experience of managing a complex product and owning its roadmap for at least a year. Seen 0 to 1 and then has helped scale the Product to a bigger audience.
- Great problem solver. Has the knack to question the solution, and the ability to collaborate and identify the real-hidden problem.
- Metric and Data-Inspired. Capable of handling data easily, and answering by calling a digit.
- Has a strong bias for action and is passionate about the Product they own.
- Highly developed organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work on multiple projects in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
