In this truly hands-on role, you're going to monitor credit, operational, market, liquidity, and capital risks; analyze the direction and sufficiency of internal controls (Resolution 4,557), and perform periodic control tests. You will also conduct root cause analysis of incidents captured in the operational risk database, provide solutions for these issues, analyze points of internal and external audits, work on our Risk Committee report, and focus on driving change through stakeholder engagement and training.
For this role, you will need to have at least three years of experience either from an Operational Risk or an Audit background in a financial services environment; a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, or other related fields; advanced knowledge in Excel and Power BI; full English proficiency and good communication skills. You will have excellent knowledge of banking regulations and experience in process design. We need someone who can help us drive change. You will need to have the skills to deal with challenging situations and be able to provide solutions that you can communicate to a wide audience of demanding stakeholders.
