Brazil Corporate Reporter

We are seeking a skilled professional to cover corporates in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of breaking news and a deep understanding of the corporate credit space. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced team of financial reporters and analysts, covering performing/distressed corporates in Brazil on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities: Breaking news on corporate finance and operations, turnarounds and restructurings, legal, regulatory and market developments affecting Brazilian issuers Working closely with our market-leading team of reporters and analysts across the global emerging markets Analysis of finance, economics, legal situations and other data affecting corporates under coverage Requirements: A minimum three to five years' experience with coverage of Brazil's corporate space A deep network of contacts in the business, asset management, banking, and legal communities Knowledge of the corporate bond market and global/onshore credit Facility with financial data and analysis related to coverage of the corporate space Knowledge of the local dynamics affecting corporates under coverage The ability to work collaboratively in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment Excellent English language writing skills About this opportunity: This role offers the chance to pursue a challenging but rewarding career with ample progression within a diverse international organisation.
