Job Title : Senior Full Stack Developer (Backend Focus, AWS Expertise)

Location : Remote - Open to candidates in LATAM

Position Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus, AWS expertise, and a proactive approach to solving complex challenges. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our cloud infrastructure and delivering powerful, efficient applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cloud Architecture : Design and optimize serverless architectures on AWS (Lambda, Fargate, Step Functions), leveraging AWS services to create flexible, scalable solutions.
  • Backend Development : Develop and maintain high-quality APIs and backend services using C# and Python. Emphasis on moving from SQL Server to cloud-native databases like DynamoDB, Elasticache, or similar solutions.
  • Testing & Quality : Implement thorough testing using tools like xUnit, Selenium, Pytest, and Cypress to ensure reliable, high-performance applications.
  • Continuous Deployment : Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, and support infrastructure-as-code practices with Terraform.
  • Documentation & Collaboration : Document requirements and implementation plans in Confluence, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experienced in AWS : Proven experience with AWS services, specifically serverless architecture (Lambda, Fargate), and a deep understanding of cloud-native design principles.
  • Skilled in C# and Python : Strong C# background with recent experience in Python for optimized, serverless functions.
  • Database Expertise : Proficient in SQL Server and comfortable with DynamoDB and other cloud-based data solutions.
  • Quality-Focused : Knowledgeable in unit and integration testing, with hands-on experience in tools like xUnit, Selenium, or Cypress.
  • Proactive & Collaborative : Demonstrates a passion for continuous learning, clear communication, and adapting to evolving project needs.
