Project Architect

• Ensure that all units meet the company’s quality standards before turnover.
• Work closely with the team during actual unit owner inspections to address architectural concerns.
• Identify and report all architectural punch list items before turnover to the concerned departments.
• Ensure timely rectification of punch list items while maintaining quality standards.
• Validate architectural plans and ensure proper execution during construction.
• Monitor and inspect construction work to ensure compliance with local building codes and international standards .
• Conduct post-construction evaluations to ensure adherence to design and quality specifications.

• Represent the company during client handovers and meetings .
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition of unit turnover .
• Perform other tasks as required for the successful project closeout and handover .

• Strong understanding of local building codes and international construction standards .
• Ability to identify and resolve architectural concerns efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance .
• Flexible and can confidently represent the company in client meetings .
• Must be knowledgeable in all construction phases (pre-design to post-construction, punch listing, and closeout).
• Must be available to start immediately.

Must be willing to be assigned in Biñan, Laguna.

At least 5 years of working experience in building construction, quality control, or project handover. Must be knowledgeable in all construction phases (pre-design to post-construction, punch listing, and closeout).

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. Licensed Architect preferred.
