This manager level consultant will also manage and supervise the delivery of supply chain consulting services and assist in development of new services.Responsibilities:
Leading strategic sourcing and category management projects and activitiesIdentifying, developing and implementing process improvement ideas that drive improved efficiencies and cost savingsMeeting and exceeding all service level requirements and driving exceptional client satisfactionInteracting with senior levels in client organizationsStrategic Client Management & Client Relationship BuildingCoaching & mentoring of consultantsFirm building activities including recruiting, training, etc.Participating in Firm Growth Strategy & Execution activitiesKnowledge & Intellectual Capital building for the firmTravelling to a client´s site as requiredWhat you should bringRequirements:
5+ years consulting Procurement experience in top consulting firms, as well as Procurement Outsourcing Background (e-auctions & Retail)Solid procurement knowledgeStrong analytical and reporting skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills in English;
Spanish is a PlusAbility to lead and manage meetingsExperience in leading small and medium size projects and assignmentsAbility to convert large amount of information into concise descriptionAbility to work in self-managed and team environmentsGood record of interaction with customersGood Presentation skillsOpen to Travelling to client´s site up to 80% ir requiredBA/BS Degree requiredExposure to Business Development is a PLUSValid American Visa (preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
