Our client is seeking an Intermediate Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to various departments.


  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies;
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management;
  • Manage the daily activits with Operations and Finance;
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures;
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data;
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary;
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.

  • Finance, Accountant and events knowledge - 2 years of experience
