Marketing Coordinator Job Description The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marketing efforts and client interactions, ensuring smooth project execution, and providing clear direction to internal teams. Main objectives include: Client Collaboration & Project Oversight: Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and expectations. Translate these goals into clear tasks for the Marketing Coordinator, ensuring smooth project execution. Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials. Organize internal kick-off meetings, assign tasks, and ensure that everything stays on schedule and within scope. Communication & Task Management: Manage meetings with clients, ensuring clear action plans and next steps. Review and approve final deliverables before submission, making sure they meet client goals and expectations. Resource Planning & Problem Solving: Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring each one is progressing smoothly, with no delays or miscommunication. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, whether they relate to resources, deadlines, or client feedback. Strategic & Process-Oriented Thinking: Help shape the big-picture marketing strategy with the Senior Account Manager. Continuously look for ways to improve internal workflows, ensuring efficiency and consistent delivery. Additional skills required include project management, verbal and written communication, emotional intelligence, time management, and presentation skills.
