Tech Lead – Outliant About the role We’re looking for a Tech Lead to join the Winona Engineering team. As a trusted advisor, you will own the full technical lifecycle for assigned projects, applying a broad range of specialized skills to tackle complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and direction for a single team, making key decisions on architecture, frameworks, and tools. Mentor and support other engineers through regular one‑on‑one meetings and code reviews. Lead day‑to‑day engineering collaboration, contributing hands‑on coding and implementation. Ensure code quality via rigorous reviews, pair programming, and adherence to best practices. Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications. Troubleshoot complex technical issues during development and deployment. Develop and implement a comprehensive technical strategy aligned with product vision and business goals. Champion industry best practices and advocate for continuous improvement. Identify, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions and trends to improve the development process. Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Qualifications 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 1–2 years in a technical lead or equivalent role. Proven track record leading technical projects from inception to completion. Mastery of relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, Nuxt.js, JavaScript). Strong experience with Contentful, Webflow, WordPress, AWS, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes. Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization. Solid understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and scalable solutions. Experience in agile development methodologies and project management tools. Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, and leadership skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.
