Job Summary

We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels. This role requires a data-driven and creative professional with experience in performance-based advertising, lead generation, and ROI optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns (PPC, display, social, etc.).
  • Optimize campaigns for conversions, cost efficiency, and audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to craft compelling ad creatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and produce actionable insights and reports.
  • Stay current with platform updates and best practices.
  • Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance and landing page conversions.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • 3+ years experience managing paid media campaigns.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing funnels.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and campaign tracking/attribution.
  • Solid analytical skills and experience with reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
