**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are hiring a Outbound Intelligence Specialist to our Welz team in Sao Paulo
- This role is to join the Wellz team. As an Outbound Intelligence Specialist, you will support the leadership team in coordinating the demand generation process focusing on Wellz._
- The position will work closely with the team leader to ensure strong data-driven management for both inbound and outbound._
- This is a great opportunity for lifelong learners with a sales background who wants to invest the next 3-5 year in becoming a demand generation specialist to build the best-in-class process._
**YOUR IMPACT**:
- Collaborate closely with the team leader to coordinate the prospection process for Wellz;
- Build and manage the contacts and accounts list the BDRs are going to reach out;
- Manage BDRs productivity metrics;
- Ensure data consistency (manual update and manage automation);
- Manage A/B tests to improve cadences success rates;
- Build and manage outreach cadences (structure and content) based on global and local best practices;
- Collaborate closely with the team to support Outbound Intelligence globally (Salesforce and Salesloft) - Questions/usage best practices/process execution/ few settings;
- Partner with leaders to identify process bottlenecks and improvement points, as well as collaborating in action plans to drive changes needed.

- A natural hunter, you know the best tools and hacks to build a perfect list for an outbound approach;
- As a process and methodology-oriented person, you want to invest the next 3-5 years in becoming a demand generation specialist;
- You see numbers and excel as two very close friends and enjoy building analysis and finding insights for the business;
- You are comfortable leading conversations in English and enjoy building relationships and influencing people. (Especially salespeople and sales teams);
- You see yourself as an organized person and value being on top of the situation;
- You are curious and investigative. Getting the necessary data and information is key to supporting your arguments;
