Sua Missão:
Garantir o acompanhamento e suporte estratégico aos clientes da BNA, motivando-os durante toda a jornada da mentoria. Realizar reuniões de treinamento sobre a usabilidade do sistema, oferecer suporte no pós-venda, aplicar pesquisas de satisfação e coletar feedbacks para aprimorar continuamente a empresa, os produtos e o atendimento. Além disso, estimular indicações de novos clientes, depoimentos e histórias de sucesso.
Este é um cargo estratégico de suporte e relacionamento, que atua como advogado do cliente dentro da BNA , exigindo versatilidade, empatia e organização para lidar com múltiplas demandas e assegurar que cada cliente alcance seus objetivos com confiança e satisfação.
